Definitions & Interpretation

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under restriction are not eligible to receive bonus offers.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements on ac367 bonuses are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times on eligible games before any resulting balance can be withdrawn.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac367 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
